Start by being creative and brainstorming about everything you might possibly say in your pitch.

Next, go back one step = who's the audience, what's the objective, and how long have you got? Then you can select which ideas and topics you will talk about in your pitch.

Finally, create a storyline with Chapter headings and content -0 which means you can see the whole pitch on one flipchart. That's impossible in PowerPoint!
